2. The "Cost Center/Budget" custom payment method on the Billing Method section has been updated to be hidden if a user selects "Credit Card/Account Balance" in the "How will you be paying?" Custom Data Collection field.

3. The "Cost Center/Budget" custom payment method's textbox on the Billing Method section has been updated to be a dropdown field with options based on the attached spreadsheet.
